Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective merchandise, and exchanges are available. A request must be made within 30 days after delivery. Eligible non-defective items include those returned because of a change of mind, personal preference, or an accidental selection.

Items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and included accessories. Returns are sent by mail. A prepaid return label is included with the package and is free to use, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an item back without approval.

Send the order number, checkout email, and an explanation when requesting help. For a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed item, also include photographs or video of the item and its packaging. Exchanges depend on current availability.

After approval, a refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may require additional posting time. A cancellation may be requested before shipment, but dispatch already in progress may prevent cancellation.
