Responsible use

Use this store lawfully and provide accurate details when purchasing or requesting support. Do not interfere with security, misuse another person's payment information, introduce harmful code or infringe the rights of others.

Product information and acceptance of orders

Review the drinkware model, capacity, color and accessory compatibility before checkout. We work to keep descriptions accurate, though screen presentation can affect color and genuine listing errors may occur. If a material error affects an order, we will seek an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

An order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment does not require acceptance of an unavailable item or unverifiable transaction. Acceptance and fulfillment depend on stock, successful payment authorization and delivery availability. Cancellations or corrections must respect your statutory rights.

Amounts and delivery

Review the checkout currency and final total, including shipping and taxes. The Payment Policy explains USD pricing and authorization. Normal processing takes 1–2 business days after successful authorization, with estimated transit of 4–6 business days after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. Consult the Shipping Policy; estimates do not remove our consumer-law responsibilities.

Return and exchange terms

Defective and non-defective returns and exchanges are accepted. Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. New, unused and original-condition requirements apply to non-defective merchandise, including change-of-mind returns. Problem items need not be free of their reported defect or damage.

Obtain approval before mailing a return. Use the free prepaid label included in the package and the confirmed return instructions; ask for help if the label is lost or missing. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and stock. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; bank posting may take additional time. Content and legal protections

Brand names, images and other material remain subject to their respective owners' intellectual-property rights. Viewing the store does not grant reproduction rights beyond uses permitted by law.

Any limitation of responsibility operates only where legally permitted and does not exclude mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot be excluded.
