Orders are prepared for delivery within the United States. Normal processing takes about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.

Any free-shipping eligibility and the available delivery services are displayed at checkout. Please submit an accurate street address, email address, and telephone number so the order and carrier notices can be handled correctly. Tracking details are sent when the carrier makes them available.

Weather, holidays, carrier congestion, security reviews, remote-area limits, and other events may delay a parcel. For a delayed or lost shipment, a delivery scan without receipt, or transit damage, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and photographs when relevant. Some products or destinations may be restricted by carrier or law.
